Palladium Engagement/Wedding Ring Help?
1. What is the significance of a 3 stone engagement ring vs a solitare? Just personal preferance?
(I know it is sometimes called past present future, but what about a 5 stone ring? Past life, past, present, future and afterlife?)

(Haven't seen it in person yet). Don't want to necessarily get it at Zales because they only have it in white gold and I would like palladium. And it's 3k there!! Where can I get this awesome looking ring but with pallidium? Where can I get a quality look a-like? Or knowing that is the style I like, any other suggestions? I am not picky on stone style (square, round, etc), but I like the detail work and small stones all over the place...
2. What wedding band do you get to match this since it has so much detail work on the side?
3. Has anyone heard that at your one year anniversary you are supposed to get another matching band for the other side of your engagement ring?
a. if you have diamonds on your wedding band, is the one year anniv. ring supposed to also or just be a matching metal band?

Yes the three stone ring is generally referred to as past present future. A 5 stone ring, idk to be honest.
So you have the 3 stone 1/4 cttw princess. Most places will honor an upgrade, so it doesn’t matter that you got the ring at zales.
On the second ring, its a 3 stone halo round brilliant. I agree the price is too much being that the color is H and clarity is SI2. Definately suggest SI1 minimum and I do prefer G color.
You can always upgrade to a solitaire with a halo setting and add the side stones halo set on a later anniversary date.
